	Rani Mukherjee In Controversial Situation On Set Of Chudiyan Date: 11/15/2006 Rani Mukherjee is currently in Varanasi shooting for Yash Raj Film’s Chudiyan (2007) directed by Pradeep Sarkar where she got herself into some controversial situation when her bodyguards charged the media persons and also her fans. A political group has asked for her to apology in 48hrs or leave the city. She later did apologize to the media but also added that the media was trying to get too close to her and Konkana Sen Sharma.
	Aishwarya Rai summoned by Customs Department Date: 11/15/2006 Aishwarya Rai has been sent a summon by the Customs Department to appear at their office at Ballard Pier. The report is that a parcel from Netherlands has arrived that contains 24,000 euros, a DVD player, a Ralph Lauren Polo Sport T-shirt and pair of binoculars addressed to her. The Customs Department opened the parcel in front of witnesses once the actress failed to come to the office. Aishwarya Rai who is currently shooting for Ashutosh Gowarikar’s Jodha Akbar (2007) is not in Mumbai and will possibly return by this weekend.
Saif Ali Khan, Vidya Balan and Shiney Ahuja To Do A Short Film Date: 11/13/2006 Saif Ali Khan , Vidya Balan and Shiney Ahuja will be starring in a short film on AIDS awareness to be directed by Mira Nair. This may be part of the of the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation Initiative in India to combat AIDS and create awareness.

Amitabh Bachchan To Sign In Nishabd Date: 11/13/2006 Amitabh Bachchan to sing a song in RGV’s Nishabd (2006) . His has also lent his singing voice to his next release Babul, Baabul (2006) . The song for Nishabd will be composed by Vishal Bhardwaj and lyrics written are composed by Munna Dhimani.
11/14/2006 Zee Cine Awards will celebrate its 10th anniversary next year and the venue has been decided to be Bangkok. The awards will take place on 3rd March, 2007 at Impact Arena, Bangkok. Salman Khan is also slated to perform at the upcoming International Film Festival of India (IIFA) awards cermony being held in Goa later this month. Other Bollywood stars to make an appereance are Priyanka Chopra , Diya Mirza , Bipasha Basu , Esha Deol , Soha Ali Khan and Malaika Arora Khan .

11/17/2006 Sony Playstation 3 was release in the US on Nov 17, 2006. In some cases people had been waiting outside store since Monday to be first to get the new offering by Sony. Sony has been plaqued by software bugs and shortage of supply. The new Sony Playstation 3 offers Blu-ray DVD player. It will complete against the MicroSoft Xbox 360 and soon to be release Nintendo Co. Wii , which will hit the market Nov 19, 2006.
