Zee Cine Awards held in London

On Saturday April 26, 2008 the Zee Cine Awards were held in London . Bollywood celebrities walked the red carpet for the Zee Cine Awards ceremony. Some of the stars present include Shilpa Shetty , Diya Mirza, , Kareena Kapoor, , newcomer Deepika Padukone, , Karisma Kapoor, , Saif Ali Khan , Lara Dutta , Dimple Kapadia, Katrina Kaif , Rakesh Roshan, Feroz Khan, Fardeen Khan , Riteish Deshmukh , Gauri Khan , Raima Sen, , Upen Patel, and Simi Garewal. Some of the winners included Kareena Kapoor, for the Best Actress Award for Jab We Met (2007) , Shah Rukh Khan (SRK) for Best Actor for Chak De India (2007) and Aamir Khan for Best Director for Taare Zameen Par (2007) .
IIFA 2007 To Be Held In Yorkshire

This year the IIFA 2007 awards will be held at Yorkshire on June 09, 2007. The award will feature many awards and many dances by top Bollywood movie stars. The IIFA award will be hosted by Boman Irani and Lara Dutta with special awards section will be done by Karan Johar . Scheduled performance include Abhishek Bachchan , Salman Khan , Akshay Kumar, Emraan Hashmi, Aftab Shivdasani, Saif Ali Khan , Shilpa Shetty , Bipasha Basu and Raima Sen .

Zee Cine Awards will celebrate its 10th anniversary next year and the venue has been decided to be Bangkok. The awards will take place on 3rd March, 2007 at Impact Arena, Bangkok. Salman Khan is also slated to perform at the upcoming International Film Festival of India (IIFA) awards cermony being held in Goa later this month. Other Bollywood stars to make an appereance are Priyanka Chopra , Diya Mirza , Bipasha Basu , Esha Deol , Soha Ali Khan and Malaika Arora Khan .

Rang De Basanti is going to be watched by the 95 member team (Hollywood Foreign Press Association) the official body for Golden Globe Awards. The Hollywood Foreign Press Association screens movies before arriving at the nominations decision and announcement towards the end of the year. Rang De Basanti was directed by Rakesh Mehra and stars Aamir Khan and Soha Ali Khan .

Aishwarya Rai became the first Bollywood star to leave her handprint on the Dubai Studio City's Hall of Fame during the film festival this year. Remember last year she was honoured with a Tulip named after her in Amsterdam. She has being called the most beautiful woman in the world with more than 17,000 websites dedicated to her name.
 Kabhi Alvida Naa Kehna Will Be Launch at I.I.F.A.

The music for the most awaited movie of the year, Kabhi Alvida Naa Kehna (KANK) , will be launched at the I.I.F.A. weekend, on June 16. Karan along with Amitabh Bachchan , Abhishek Bachchan and Rani Mukherjee will be present to launch the music. Rani Mukherjee is also in the news since she recently signed up as the brand ambassador for Titan Raga, a watch brand which is designed and crafted exclusively for women.
