Deepika Padukone has been selected the winner of the worlds most famous list. The world"s largest Men's magazine Maxim India has decided to debut the list in India with LG Scarlet as the title presenters. Deepika was choosen from reader reaction, industry feedback along with other factors. Deepika joins ikes of previous no 1's Lindsay Lohan, , Eva Longoria, , Marissa Miller, who have topped the list. Deepika Padukone is also a new comer to the Indian film inductry with her debut film last year Om Shanti Om (2007) and second movie will be Bachna Ae Haseenon (2008) is due for release Aug 15. |

Paris Hilton who seems to always find a way to get into the news has now responded to some ads that were created by the Republican candidate John McCain. The ad compares the Democrat candidate Barack Obama to Hilton and Britney, which could suggest Obama was no more than a celebrity candidate. Paris also discussed her version of the energy policy which seems to be a hybrid of McCain's offshore oil drilling plan and Obama's incentives for new energy technology. |

Ram Gopal Varma's Sarkar Raj (2008) script is going to be added to the prestigious Academy of Motion Pictures Oscar Library. The script will at the library permanently for the students of media. The movie was about the political issues, and the power games played by the politicians against each other and starred Amitabh Bachchan , Abhishek Bachchan and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan in the pivtol roles. Films like Devdas (2002) , Kal Ho Na Ho and Lagaan have already been added to the prestigious library that were produced by the Indian Film industry. |

Mary Kate Olsen will be subpoenaed by the federal Drug Enforcement Administration office in New York to testify in front of a grand jury in regrads to the investigation surrounding Heath Ledger's accidental overdose death. Per the investigation five medications were found in Heath's body at the time of his death per the DEA. |
